Answer all your questions

Yes, any organisation can contact us for advice. We always provide customised advice, always independent and always free of charge. Our white papers and inspiration events are also free of charge. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will automatically be informed.

Yes, experience shows that our tailor-made advice always leads to useful results. Think of a postcode scan, workshops and meetings to transfer knowledge on specific themes. These hours are often spread over several weeks, sometimes months, because change within an organisation simply takes time. We usually involve several people within an organisation in the consultancy process. Where necessary, we even help with the first steps of implementation. It is the result that counts. Because thick reports that disappear at the bottom of the desk drawer are of no use to anyone.

Our hours are paid from the government programme Building Accessibility Together. Because with our advice, besides serving your interests as an employer, we also serve the general social interest at the same time. Together with the employers we help, we ensure fewer unnecessary kilometres, fewer traffic jams, less wasted time, less air pollution, less CO2 and better accessibility for companies in the Amsterdam region. With appealing results.

Breikers is of, for and by employers. We were founded by employers’ associations VNO-NCW and Oram to continue to guarantee the accessibility of companies, and thus a pleasant business climate, in the region. But also to support companies with new laws & regulations on mobility. Your motives in mobility always form the starting point of our advice. Because the better we succeed in fulfilling those motives, the more sustainable the solutions. At the same time, we therefore achieve ‘social profit’.

Every trajectory is tailor-made. Of course, there are big differences, both in location, number of employees and corporate culture, and in the steps an organisation has already taken. As a guideline, we generally use 6 clear steps to achieve concrete results;

  1. First meeting: what do you want to achieve?
  2. Benchmark: what does your current mobility situation look like (incl. postal code analysis)
  3. Inspiration session(s): what is possible, what matches your own goals?
  4. Improvement plan: based on our shared knowledge, your corporate culture and your needs
  5. Implementation: support for implementation of plan and evaluation of results
  6. Evaluation: including a follow-up session if required

Yes. We have extensive in-house knowledge in the areas of; cost savings, laws & regulations, investment deductions, electric driving, LEVVs, subsidies, CO2 emissions, charging infrastructure, freight hubs and sustainable business operations. Here, too, we can offer our consultancy hours to employers independently and free of charge! With our handy calculation tool, you can calculate exactly what electric driving will benefit your company. You can also compare different electric company cars, so you can be sure you are making the right choice.

Definitely! Indeed, we hire our consultants from those agencies. But in our case, the bill does not come to you as an employer, but to Breikers. So we are not market-distorting. On the contrary, we are market stimulating.

No. We are not linked to (commercial) suppliers in any way. Because we are funded by the government, this is strictly monitored. And if our advice already points towards a product or service, we always try to suggest several alternatives for it.

Via the contact form on our website. We will then contact you and schedule an introductory meeting. This is often possible at very short notice. Together, we will determine the plan of action and see which consultant best suits your needs.
